If you subscribed to Mind Arcade through the App Store, Apple manages your billing. All changes — including cancellation — happen through Apple's settings, not through the Mind Arcade app.

To view or cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Mind Arcade.
  5. From here you can: see your next billing date, change your plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

To request a refund from Apple

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Mind Arcade charge, and select "Request a refund."

After canceling

  • You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your progress and history are saved — nothing is deleted.
  • You can resubscribe any time.
Important: Deleting the Mind Arcade app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple Settings.
